CLEANING SERVICES

At UC HALL, we offer two cleaning packages, available for a normal fee upon request.

  • Basic Clean: Our foundational service ensures your living space remains inviting and well-kept. Our dedicated cleaning team will ensure your room is spotless, delivering a level of cleanliness that makes UC HALL feel like home. 

  • Move-Out Clean: As part of our commitment to excellence, we require rooms to be thoroughly cleaned upon departure, ensuring a pristine environment for incoming residents. This mandatory service guarantees your room is in impeccable condition for the next occupant.

PARKING SOLUTIONS

We've designed secure parking solutions for our residents. Additionally, we're pleased to offer complimentary parking for motorcycles and bicycles, supporting our commitment to eco-friendly transportation options.
